Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with a specialization in control panel systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, programming proficiency, and experience in interpreting electrical drawings. If you're passionate about precision engineering, adept at troubleshooting electrical systems, and have a knack for programming, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

  • Control Panel Assembly and Installation: Construct and install control panels per engineering specifications and safety standards.
  • Programming and Configuration: Program control systems and PLCs for optimal performance, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs to ensure system reliability.
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Interpret electrical drawings to guide installations accurately.
  • CAD Proficiency (Bonus): Ability to use AutoCAD to create technical drawings if applicable.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and provide progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in a technical field required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in control panel assembly, programming, and maintenance.
  • Control Panel Experience: Skilled in control panel assembly, wiring, and component integration.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in programming control systems and PLCs.
  • Electrical Drawing Interpretation: Able to read and interpret electrical drawings accurately.
  • CAD Proficiency (Bonus): Experience with AutoCAD or similar software preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
